room with washing machine.

The downstairs is completed with shower and w.c.
The back door leads to a secluded lawned garden.

Upstairs leads to a twin bedroom and spacious bathroom and w.c which is approached through a large sitting/double bedroom with exposed beams.

Cot and highchair are available on request.

Oil fired central heating is available at £25.00/week
Barbeque and garden furniture are available.

Excellent walking and cycling are available on the doorstep and lock up facilities for the storage of bicycles and outdoor clothing. Offers comfort and ample space for the family.
