The property is a stone built Victorian farmhouse built in 1891

The access - leads off a quiet country road. The tarmac driveway is about 150 yds and leads to a large graveled area for parking/turning. Parking is in close proximity to the property (approx 6yds) from the graveled area a small step leads to a Victorian tiled, wide courtyard with a high stone wall on one side. Two stone steps lead up to a tiled porch and so to the entrance door. Independent lighting is in place.

Accommodation downstairs the door leads to a small entrance area to the left a glazed door opens to a carpeted kitchen/diner. The Rayburn cooker is situated in an inglenook and is warm at all times. The fitted kitchen has a filed floor, ceramic hob, a microwave and a cordless kettle. The hot water in the taps is always on and can be hot. All guests have a comprehensive welcoming package that clearly illustrated the safety features in the house. The first aid, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and torch are all clearly visible, Additional medical information for the locality is also detailed in our prepared literature. Mainline telephone is available in the property. From the kitchen a steep staircase (back) turns two steps before rising to upstairs. It has a continual handrail and is well lit.

Returning to the carpeted entrance and turning right it will lead to a Victorian hallway filed in traditional manner. A sweeping staircase leads to a small landing. The accommodation downstairs continues with a carpeted reading room and carpeted sitting room all on one level. A glazed door leads to a tiled large conservatory down one step from the sitting room. Double doors lead onto a small terrace and two further steps down to the lawns. The garden has shrub borders and gravel paths surrounding a circular sundial feature. Further downstairs accommodation is a utility room having electric cooker, freezer, washing machine and central heating boiler. The floor is tiled and on a level with the other downstairs accommodation.

Accommodation upstairs returning to the small landing at the top of the sweeping staircase. To the left two steps lead to a twin room, two further steps in front of you lead to the back bedroom and bathroom while two steps to the right lead to further bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom (1) has a Victorian roll top bath with ample space for w.c.,basin and large freestanding power shower. Wooden floor throughout Bathroom (2) w.c., basin and bath with additional over bath shower.

All areas upstairs and downstairs are well illuminated. T.V has a remote control and large screen. Open fires are available but fire screens are in place. Windows are traditional sash windows some having been adapted to open just at the top. Furniture offers a variety of different seating. The floor space throughout the accommodation is uncluttered and allows easy freedom of movement
