The Market Town of Amlwch is just a short car or bus ride from the cottage.  Here you will be able to stock up on all you need for your stay at the cottage.

The Town has a post office, Building societies and Banks a petrol station and a range of shops selling fresh food and take away meals.

 
Take the time to visit the local Heritage Centre and cafe.

Siop Dafydd is open early for your daily news paper while Parys News is open until late.
 

There are two supermarkets and a number of small shop selling fresh fruit or baked goods.
 

The town also has a leisure centre with a swimming pool and other sports facilities.

 For your evening meal try the Lastra farm or the Erw Felin restaurants or a pub meal in one of the local pubs.

If you want to pamper yourself try the Treysgawen hall spa

For the arts visit Oriel Mon at Llangefni or the Ucheldre centre in Holyhead.

Or enjoy the best the sea's around Anglesey have to offer with the Plas Menai National Water sports centre.
